Food Fest Gothenburg is the umbrella festival that wants to create unexpected encounters through food and make visible the undiscovered Gothenburg. During the festival we have many different food experiences for you to discover and take part of every day. \

Hop on a historic tram and taste the Gothenburg meal, the city's new signature dish and a celebration of sustainable and local food.

During the trip you will enjoy the three final dishes of the Gothenburg meal: Fish Pudding, Taco'hej and Gothenburg Royale, prepared and served on board by Patrik Sewerin's team from Nola Bistro. A unique dining experience that rolls through the city in a classic Gothenburg spirit.
