We invite you to an evening where the flavors carry with them memories of another place and meet the environment in which we find ourselves. For a while, we let the kitchen take a new direction, where Jennifer's experiences and roots are allowed to take their place and set the tone for the evening.
Jennifer, who for many years has been a familiar face in the cafe, now steps into the kitchen and lets us partake of the flavors of her native Thailand. With a gentle hand, these tastes and influences are interpreted in interaction with our local ingredients and the cultural-historical environment that surrounds us.
It will be an evening where traditions come together, where the near and the distant are woven together, and where the meal tells us something about both the place we are in and the world beyond.
