Jebena and Ethiopian hospitality at Gringo Nordic Coffee Rosteria!

Welcome to Gringo Nordic Coffee Roaster's roastery to participate in the traditional Ethiopian Bonatetu coffee ceremony while learning more about Ethiopian coffee and roasting.

Ethiopia is known as the country of origin of coffee and the coffee tradition is still very strong both in Ethiopia and among Ethiopians around the world. Now you have the chance, together with Hriut and Muluget, to experience all the steps of the Ethiopian coffee ceremony, from the preparation of incense to roasting, grinding, brewing and finally serving with traditional side dishes such as popcorn, peanuts or dabo kolo (small pieces of bread).

Ethiopian coffee is always on the shelf at Gringo and tonight you get the chance, in addition to attending a traditional ceremony, to try two different coffees, processed in two different ways and hear more about how we think when we toast.
