Göteborgs Kulinariska Sällskap opens its doors — and more are invited!

On September 16, the Society is holding its evening meeting, and we're releasing a limited number of seats to more foodies. Dan and Peter prepare a two-course dinner on ingredients you can't find in any regular store — directly from Odlingsbolaget Svalan's orchards. Joel talks about what Odlingsbolaget Svalan is building, and Dan talks about Gårdslagret and the struggle for local food.

This is the night you get to know the people behind Gothenburg's most exciting food project. The evening is a rare glimpse into how local food actors in Gothenburg think, grow and cook.
