A lunch talk about the Gothenburg Food Council

Join in shaping the city's future Food Council over a tasty bite to eat

What do you want Gothenburg's future food system to look like — and what role should a local Food Council play in our city? We invite you to a workshop where your insights and ideas become part of the foundation for the city's continued work.

During an hour and a half, together with other Gothenburg residents, you will explore questions about food, sustainability and future solutions. The conversation takes place in smaller groups, and as a thank you for your contribution, we offer a joint lunch - Gothenburg Royale, which won the Göteborgcompetition.

Part of the City of Gothenburg's sustainability work is about shaping the city's food identity — including through Göteborgmåtiden, a signature dish built on ingredients from the sea and soil along the west coast. But a sustainable food system requires more than one right — it requires Gothenburg residents who are involved in shaping it.
