Empanada cooking class & a movie

At Food Fest Gothenburg the South American Cafe Mariki in Gamlestaden will once again host their popular cooking class! The goal is to learn how to make traditional Empanadas (after Nico's grandmas recipe!!).

Jonna and Nico at Mariki on what to expect:

"This will be more than a cooking class. While making some tasty Empanadas together we will open a bottle (or a few) of nice South-American wine and chat, exchange stories and simply have lots of fun!”

"And to eat our homemade empanadas in the right setting, we will watch a short South-American movie all together afterwards. The movie is projected on a big wall, to get the proper cinema feeling. “

Välj, eller! The empanadas are made with local produce from Värmlands Skaferi, to show that intercultural flavours can be achieved with regional products.
