Cooking wild pig with Pelle Danielsson

Join the Västra Gastronomiska Akademins friend association and participate in a cooking evening with Pelle Danielsson. Pelle has been one of Gothenburg's recognized restaurant profiles for many years.
The theme of the evening is the preparation of wild pig with suitable accessories and suitable drinks.
The wild pig/wild boar is an excellent natural resource and with local hunters and game receivers you have excellent locally produced meat. Pelle guides you with cooking tips and suitable serving accessories. We test a few different cutting details and choose the appropriate cooking method. We finish with a joint tasting of the evening's cooking. We distribute the food we do not eat on site among the participants who wish to take home.
There will also be suitable drink options during the evening, both non-alcoholic as well as beer and wine.

Practical information
Bring an apron, soft clothes and shoes that can withstand a little food and preferably a lunch box or two to take care of it if there is something over that we do not eat on the spot :-)
