Welcome to a casual brunch built around the flavors of a classic Filipino silog breakfast -- the kind of satiating, familiar meal that belongs at morning tables and neighborhood cafes around the Philippines.

At the heart of the brunch: Chicken Tocino Silog — sweet and sour, Filipino-marinated chicken served with fragrant garlic rice, eggs and something fresh and tangy on the side. Added to that is home-made pandesal, the soft and slightly sweet bread found on breakfast tables and bakeries across the country. And a signature drink from Timplado, inspired by the strong flavors of the Philippines.
