Luisa Garcia will walk you through a cooking workshop with the classic Peruvian dishes Ceviche and Causa. You will learn the basic principles behind ceviche, Peru's national dish, and how to build your own Causa with creativity, colour and taste. The evening ends with a joint dinner and Luisa's personal story about food culture, identity and the journey from Peru to Sweden and the flavors that she has brought with her. Vegetarian options are available. Drinks are purchased on site.
