Román Pérez's dad sold ceviche on the streets of Veracruz -- always with his own habanero sauce next to it. Today the recipe lives on in Gothenburg under the name Cevichán®, and now Román invites you to a dinner table with food from his papa's kitchen.

During the evening, flavors from Veracruz and Román's dad's recipes and of course Cevichán® — the Mexican habanero sauce with warmth, coast and love built into every drop. Small-scale produced here in Gothenburg, with roots deep in México.

What is Cevi-khan? Ceviche + Chan = Cevichán® -- that's what the customers in Veracruz called his dad.
