A Quarter of Culture, a Lunch and a Story 16/9

In the middle of central Gothenburg, we set up a long table and invite you to a lunch you will not find in any restaurant in the city, any other time of the year.

Every day for five weekdays, a local food profile prepares a lunch based on generations of knowledge and a food culture that has been shaped far beyond the city's taverns. During these lunches, food is an expression of identity and community and around the table you get to share a story served at a common table where everyone sits together.

This is a meeting between the suburbs and the heart of the city and everything in between. We meet through the food around the table.
