Food Fest Gothenburg opens the festival with a joint dinner in a characterful place — which will be released shortly!

The evening offers a communal long table, local flavours and cultural elements woven into the dinner. The food is served on large platters shared by everyone at the table, prepared by some of the city's exciting food players with roots in different continents and cuisines.

At this dinner, guests themselves need to bring their own crockery, glasses, cutlery and drinks - it will be a blissful mix that guests themselves will record to.
