Marianne Raykumar is the Gothenburg resident who left town — and now she's back for an evening. Previously, she ran a restaurant with her mother, rooted in the Thai food heritage she inherited from her side of the family. This evening, Marianne delves into her father's food heritage; Singaporean cuisine!

Singaporean cuisine is itself a diversity — a food culture shaped by influences from all over Asia and served daily at food courts where everyone sits side by side. During the evening, Marianne lifts three of these dishes to a set table for just eight guests, with drinks included and time to really taste and converse.
