Curious about coffee and want to understand more than just how it tastes? This introductory course will take you from bean to cup — with a stop in the roaster along the way.
Over the course of an hour and a half, we will go through the origins of coffee, how different processing methods, bean types and terroir affect the taste, and how Coffee also thinks when creating roasting profiles for each individual coffee. Then it's time to cup — the standard way to compare coffee — and experience the difference between coffees from different countries with their own taste buds.
After the course, you will receive a 20% discount on in-store purchases.
