Meringue - bake, taste and bring home!

Join us for a sweet Saturday afternoon with pastry apprentice Emma Lundqvist, who is also a trained textile artist from Konstfack — and with an eye for colour, shape and feel, she will guide you through the art of baking meringue from scratch, with a little deep dive into taste and colour along the way.

During three hours at GBG Matstudio, we bake together, eat what we have created — and what is left over, of course, you take home.
