Cancellation Policy

• The rules of the Distance Act regarding direct purchase do not apply to event tickets and thus purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or repurchased.

• Purchased ticket cannot be redeemed. The Distance Act rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of event tickets.

• Repurchase occurs only in case of canceled activity.

Canceled, changed, or moved activities

• Food Fest Gothenburg reserves the right to change, move or cancel events in the event of illness or other event outside Food Fest Gothenburg's control (including but not limited to natural disaster, war, serious spread of infection, government action, accident of a larger scale or comparable event).

• Food Fest Gothenburg is under no obligation to give notice of change in advance, but will contact affected customers as far as possible.

• You are responsible for checking that an event is not cancelled or moved.

• An event is considered canceled if it is not carried out at all. Changes to the content, partially completed event or the like do not constitute a cancelled event.

• In case of cancelled events, tickets will be repurchased within 30 days, to the bank account you used to make your purchase.
