A dining experience where we are invited to a journey between two culinary traditions -- Mexico and Morocco -- and two personal stories of heritage and pride. During a lunch, we will have the opportunity to listen to a moderated conversation with two passionate food entrepreneurs who have taken their parents' traditional recipes and passed them on to their contemporaries.
The flavors of Mexico meeting Morocco on the plate right are not only a mix of flavors but also a reflection of the paths these entrepreneurs have chosen to walk to honor their parents while uniting cultures through food.
Through their stories, we learn how their food creativity grew in relation to their families, and how their decision to create something of their own became a way to keep the tradition alive while adapting to their contemporary times.
We hope this lunch will remind us that every meal carries a story and that what we eat can be a bridge between generations and cultures.
