


Luisa Garcia will walk you through a cooking workshop where the classic Peruvian dish Causa is recreated with your own taste choices. The focus is on creativity, colour and culture. You'll also learn the basic principles behind ceviche, Peru's national dish. The evening ends with a joint dinner and Luisa's personal story about food culture, migration and identity. Vegetarian options are available. Drinks are purchased on site.
